Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Nagoya, Aichi, Japan) and Toyota Connected Corporation (Nagoya, Aichi, Japan) today announce that Toyota Tsusho Connected Middle East FZCO, their joint connected services company operating across the Middle East region, will begin operations under a new name effective July 1, 2026.

The company's new name will be:
TOYOTA Connected Middle East FZCO

There will be no changes to the company's business activities or capital structure as a result of this announcement.
